YOUNG RIDER CALENDAR FOR 2018








The goal of the Young Rider Advancement Program (YRAP) is to provide opportunities for further education and friendships throughout Area 1
SUMMER CAMP AT GMHA 2018
WE HAVE EXTENDED THE "EARLY BIRD" REGISTRATION FOR 2018 GMHA YOUNG RIDER CAMP UNTIL APRIL 15TH, TO MAKE IT EASIER FOR YOU! WE ALREADY HAVE OVER 20 FOLKS SIGNED UP AND KNOW THAT YOU LIKE TO SAVE $50 - SO GRAB YOUR CREDIT CARD AND SIGN UP TODAY!

SPECIAL MERIT AWARDS

We will have Merit Awards, based on the Danish System (first - fourth) for those CURRENT YR MEMBERS at:
  • Mystic Horse Trials
  • Hitching Post, spring
  • Valinor, spring
  • Groton House Farm


IF YOU HAVE A QUALIFYING SCORE OF:
34 OR LESS, YOU'LL GET A BLUE
38 OR LESS, YOU'LL GET A RED
42 OR LESS, YOU'LL GET A YELLOW
46 OR LESS, YOU'LL GET A WHITE

What does this mean? Regardless of how you placed in your division, you're eligible for a merit award - they'll be available for pick up at the event, you'll see someone at a table with YR banner and all you have to do is come say hello! These are cool ribbons - so worth swinging by and checking out!

IF YOU'VE FORGOTTEN TO JOIN THE YR PROGRAM (gasp!) YOU'LL BE ABLE TO JOIN THE DAY OF ONLINE AND THEN STILL BE ELIGABLE. HOPE TO SEE YOU!

SPECIFICALLY FOR YOUNG RIDER MEMBERSHIP! 
THESE ARE DYNAMIC OPPORTUNITIES TO RIDE WITH A FEW
OF OUR TOP AREA 1 COACHES - WHO ALSO ARE COACHES AT OUR
GMHA CAMP AND ARE SELECTORS FOR THE CHAMPIONSHIPS! 
We are working hard to keep the costs manageable, so have made options for you to join ONLINE by credit card and the coaches and landowners
have been very generous with their time and facilities. 

ALL THE CLINICS ARE $70 EACH,
BUT THERE IS A SAVINGS OF $10 IF YOU
SIGN UP BY APRIL 15TH
