The Why
Izon, the platform that has been delivering your NextGen solutions to you in one place, has gone through a lot of changes this year. You may have noticed that multi-factor authentication, or MFA, is now mandatory on Izon. This was a change made with your cybersecurity needs in mind.
Further, Izon will be the gateway to all ARINCDirect products. This means that you can access our legacy flight planning website via Izon, in addition to the NextGen solutions that are exclusive to the site. If you don't already get to our tools via Izon today, you will soon.
How It’s Going
We’ve been migrating batches over to Izon since August 2024. To date, 64% of our customers have been flagged for that migration and 29% of their users have migrated. If your company has already been flagged, you’re aware of this change. If you have not been migrated yet, that does not mean that you must wait for us – feel free to navigate to Izon today to set up your account. Visit https://izon.direct.arinc.net/ and click the “Sign up” link to get started.
We know that the migration has not been trouble-free for everyone and we appreciate your patience as our development and support teams address issues. Most migrations have gone well, and we continue to refine our sign-up and support tools.
Izon vs. ARINCDirect – Important Notes
Your Izon account ID is the email address you used to create your Izon account. If you’ve forgotten your Izon password, you can visit https://izon.direct.arinc.net/ (the login page) and click the “Forgot password?” link. You will enter your Izon account ID (email) and that address will get reset instructions.
Your ARINCDirect username is the username you’ve been entering to log in to the legacy website. You should only need it when you’re enrolling in Izon so that you can link it into your Izon account. If you’ve forgotten it, you can visit https://direct.arinc.net/, click the RESET PASSWORD link, enter your ARINCDirect username, and send instructions to your email address.
Because all logins must pass through Izon after migration, you will want to remove any old bookmarks and save one for https://izon.direct.arinc.net/. There are videos linked below to help with this.
