Fleet Status | Connectivity Assurance Tool

Within Operator Portal’s dynamic Fleet Status feature, you can experience greater peace of mind by monitoring network availability and aircraft connectivity status in real time. You can receive and view detailed notifications on planned and unplanned connectivity outages that have the potential to impact current or future flights. This equips you with the insights and tools needed to make more informed decisions and better serve your passengers.

Coming in 2024, the complete Connectivity Assurance Tool will manage real-time and historical data for all services to determine if the connectivity service is working as expected, regardless of whether the aircraft is on the ground or in-flight.

Fleet Intelligence | Cyber Threat & Usage Consumption Reports

In today's digital age, cybersecurity and data analytics are of great importance. Our new Fleet Intelligence tool combines two essential elements in upcoming phased releases. Phase 1, available in December 2023, provides Cyber Threat Reports, and Phase 2, coming in second half of 2024, will introduce Usage Consumption Reports that provide a holistic view of fleet operations historical and in real time.

The Fleet Intelligence cyber reports provide real-time information on potential cyber threats and vulnerabilities, allowing you to take immediate action to safeguard sensitive data. The report will include:

  • Firewall usage activities
  • Threat Analysis with potential cyber threats tags
  • and Risk Severity, which groups connectivity usage based on their potential risk level.

Usage Reports will soon migrate from the ARINCDirect legacy pages to join the suite of existing tools on the Izon platform. Over the coming year, LuxStream, Inmarsat JetConneX, ViaSat KA/KU, SwiftBroadband, and Iridium Certus usage reporting will transition to this new consolidated interface.

These reports will offer insights into connectivity usage that can be monitored at the fleet level, at the service level, or on a per-tail basis. A specific date range can also be applied so that you can pinpoint and understand connectivity usage more thoroughly.
