All counties that have a population of more than 250,000 residents and/or received more than $10 million in Recovery Funds must submit a quarterly “Project and Expenditure Report” by July 31, 2022.

Additionally, counties with a population of 250,000 or more, must also submit a “Recovery Plan Performance Report” by July 31. The Recovery Plan Performance Report will cover the period from July 1, 2021, to June 30, 2022, and must be submitted to Treasury by July 31, 2022. Each annual Recovery Plan Performance Report must be posted on the public-facing website of the recipient. The “Recovery Plan Template” can be accessed online. Note: Counties with fewer than 250,000 residents are not required to develop a Recovery Plan Performance Report.
