Jim Bishop recently wrapped up his office tours revealing the 2024-2025 Strategic Plan for ARRO and our entities. The Strategic Plan, a collaborative effort that involved input from employees across all levels and locations, outlines our foundational elements - purpose, vision, and guiding principles - while setting actionable goals to improve performance across people, clients, processes, and financials. Additionally, it defines key growth strategies for ARRO, including optimizing municipal services, evolving our water expertise, and adding a new technical specialty.

This plan will serve as a roadmap to drive the firm's success over the next two years, capitalizing on new opportunities while staying true to our core values. Read more about the strategic plan on the Intranet.

In the coming days, each office will display a poster outlining the plan, and every staff member will receive a table-tent to keep in their desk space summarizing the key points.

Congratulations are in order for Dave Schlott and his wife Stefanie who welcomed their first grandchild last month! Baby girl Elliott Rhea Nguyen was born on March 12th. Wishing them joy and many memorable moments as they embark on this exciting new chapter as grandparents!

Staff in Lititz are taking their presentation skills to new heights! Lititz has been hosting a monthly Toastmaster-inspired meeting. It's been a great opportunity for employees to hone their public speaking abilities in a supportive environment. The meetings are open to all Lititz office employees (and beyond should you be in Lititz for the day!). Contact Mike Schober if you're interested in taking part!
