Taking Legislative Action for Campgrounds
With several Legislative Sessions adjourning, followed by Executive Action Deadlines awaiting a Governor’s signature or veto, ARVC is actively working with multiple states currently to assist with legislative efforts. There have been numerous issues, including a focus on school start date legislation and campground immunity legislation affecting the RV park and campground industry. Here are updates on four of those states—Kentucky, Missouri, Ohio and Virginia.
