The 2020 Outdoor Hospitality Conference and Expo (OHCE) saw a record number of registrations in the past week, as the camping season winds down allowing industry members the time to get registered. It's not too late to sign up, and even though the Early Bird deadline passed, you still have two ways to attend OHCE for FREE!

-Decision makers at parks can attend for free in exchange for five (5) 1:1 meetings with exhibitors.

-You can apply for a scholarship from the ARVC Foundation and ARVC Young Professionals to cover registration.

The ARVC Foundation is still accepting items for donation. Please submit items via the form below. Direct donations to the ARVC Foundation to support the industry, especially with disaster relief efforts, are also appreciated anytime.

Voting is open for area representatives from all six ARVC voting areas. Online ballots were sent via email to the voting representative for all ARVC member-parks on Aug. 6 and must be completed by Nov. 4 at noon MT. If a member prefers to vote by mail, a ballot must be requested from ARVC, and the completed ballot must be received by the ARVC office no later than Nov. 3. To request a mail-in ballot, members should email Paula Horwitz or call 303-681-0401.
