What a great week!
A special thanks to everyone who joined us in Knoxville, Tenn. for the 2019 Outdoor Hospitality Conference and Expo (OHCE). It was great to see so many familiar faces and to welcome so many new friends who are now in the process of building or opening new parks. We set a new attendance record this year, which shows just how much our industry is growing and thriving!
There were so many highlights this week, like Monday’s Takeaway Tours, Kyle Sanders’ fun, interactive team building session during our Opening General Session, Matt Havens’ hilarious yet right-on-point keynote about avoiding generational warfare and the highly informative session on trends and insights given by KOA’s Toby O’Rourke that gave us a valuable preview of the future of our industry.
With nearly 40 education sessions to choose from, including the extremely popular reservations systems panel, we hope you’re taking plenty of great ideas back home to your park. We also hope you enjoyed shopping at our sold-out Expo this year which attracted more than 120 vendors! And, of course, who could forget the puppy cuddles?
