ASCA and AFA Announce
Shared Professional Partnership
The Association of Fraternity/Sorority Advisors (AFA) and the Association for Student Conduct Administration (ASCA) are excited to announce a new inter-association partnership designed to best support and advance the intersecting work of fraternity/sorority professionals and student conduct professionals.

Effective May 2022, AFA and ASCA have codified a stronger partnership that strengthens our resolve in delivering the following:

  • Shared, collaborative professional development programming around issues of shared importance.
  • A shared educational presence at each others’ annual conferences and institutes designed to add content expertise in the fraternity/sorority and organization conduct spaces.
  • Opportunities for shared membership packages and package pricing, and
  • Opportunities for shared positions on issues of public importance to our communities.

“The relationship between our fraternity/sorority professionals and our student conduct professionals is critical in advancing safe and healthy fraternity/sorority experiences. We believe shared association partnerships such as this reflect a ‘collective impact’ approach that engages professionals across multiple functional areas in driving fraternity/sorority success,” said AFA Executive Director Jason Bergeron.

“The partnership between Fraternity & Sorority Life and Student Conduct is critical to higher education. As the leading voices for these communities, AFA and ASCA are leading by example in demonstrating how our organizations can work together for the betterment of our members.” said Jennifer Waller, Ph.D., ASCA Executive Director.
