The ASCCA is pleased to call for nominations for seats open on the 2020 Board of Directors. Participation on the ASCCA Board of Directors is a unique opportunity for automotive repair professionals to help guide the state's largest organization of independent auto shop owners in shaping the future of the industry and building a stronger industry. Board participation is a chance to grow personally and professionally, and to develop skills, experience and connections with a team of other passionate and motivated professionals. Applications are due August 2.

California Small Business Day

Every year, small business leaders, legislators, and state agencies gather together to celebrate small businesses at the California Small Business Association's CA Small Business Day.  Since its inception, the event has honored over 1,500 California small businesses. Each honoree is recognized on the floor of the State Assembly or State Senate by their legislator and attends a luncheon with their legislator afterward. 

Since 1980, the CA Small Business Association has been working to provide a two-way communication network given small business owners the opportunity to discuss the issues that affect them and possible solutions to these issues with their elected Legislators.
