Featuring Corporate Partner
Mail Shark
|
|
Josh Davis is the Chief Revenue Officer at Mail Shark. Josh was born and raised in Pennsylvania, where he still resides to this day. He is happily surrounded by his entire family, including his amazing daughter, brother, nephews, and parents, as well as a group of close friends. Aside from his work with Mail Shark, Josh has some very relatable hobbies including working out, watching movies and listening to podcasts – his favorites are The Joe Rogan Experience and Huberman Lab.
It was about 10 years ago when Josh remembers his first time helping an auto repair shop with their marketing – Lenny’s Auto Service. Along with Josh, Mail Shark’s focus was also not always with auto repair shops. Josh mentioned, “…early on we didn’t focus on servicing the auto repair industry as we were focused on other verticals. Over the years, we realized that our weekly direct mail strategy…along with our wide product lineup of more than just standard postcards was something that repair shops not only wanted but needed.”
Currently, Mail Shark specializes in several industries including auto repair shops, as well as other industries. Mail Shark has been a partner of the ASCCA for several years. Mail Shark’s view on the relationship is, “We see the value that they provide to the industry and as a vendor we love supporting organizations that care and deliver.” Regarding auto repair shops and the ASCCA, Josh said that Mails Shark’s focus “remains on adding value to our clients and the industry. For example, our latest project we just completed is an in-depth industry specific consumer research and insight report to give auto repair shops and edge and help them better understand their customers.” As for the future, Mail Shark is getting into custom apparel and strengthening their core products and services.

Below is the legislative report. The legislature is on summer recess and will reconvene on August 1, 2022. When the legislature returns, we expect a flurry of activity including the controversial "gut and amend" legislation, (when amendments to a bill remove the current contents in the entirety and replace them with different provisions).

ADA website compliance and web accessibility are two terms that are used interchangeably but they are distinct from one another.
ADA stands for the Americans with Disabilities Act which prohibits discrimination on the basis of disability. Courts are construing Title III of the ADA to mean that websites must be accessible. Thus, with ADA website compliance, we're referring to the law.
