Underline Phase 3: A two part technical series-site visit

The Underline Phase 3 site visit was a fascinating and highly informative experience. We had the unique opportunity to observe the project in the midst of active construction, offering a real-time look into the transformation taking place. The team provided a detailed overview of the progress across different sections, highlighting both the achievements and the challenges faced—particularly in areas where advancement was more complex. We also gained valuable insight into the permitting process, which added important context to the project's development timeline. Perhaps most exciting was the visionary explanation of what the finished product will look like, painting a clear picture of the impact it will have on the community. Overall, the site visit was not only educational but also inspiring, providing a deeper appreciation for the scope of the project.
