Subsequently, on January 20th, 2021, President-elect Joe Biden was sworn in as the 46th President of the United States. New! ASHI Member Orientation
The ASHI Membership Orientation is a webinar to assist new members in understanding various aspects of their membership benefits. New members can expect to learn how to navigate the ASHI website and the many educational and networking opportunities that are available with their membership. Registration is open to all ASHI members. This orientation will be recorded and available on ASHI University following the event.  
Proficiency Testing
2021 HT-1 Survey
After being postponed due to bad weather conditions in the U.S., the HT-1 survey is scheduled to ship on Tuesday, March 2, 2021. The new result submission deadline for this survey is Friday, April 9th.

HT Updates
A webinar recently presented by the PT Committee covered “How to Avoid Discrepant Grades on the HT Survey: an Insider’s Perspective”. The webinar outlined changes to the result entry and grading processes for the 2021 HT-1 survey. HT participants unable to attend the live webinar are encouraged to access the free recording available through ASHI University.

2021 EMO-1 Survey
The next survey to be shipped is the EMO-1 survey scheduled to ship on Tuesday, April 6, 2021.
ASHI mentor programs are now open to our international membership
The ASHI Technologists' and Directors' Affairs committees have restructured their mentor programs to include international mentors and mentees. The mentor programs are designed to provide one-on-one guidance to members interested in professional development.
