John Philip Cialone Biography

John is the Vice President and a Partner at Tom Stringer Design Partners.

He oversees design development and client relations for residential and

commercial projects across the United States. He brings his

characteristic energy and enthusiasm to all endeavors, and he currently

serves as the Chair of the National Board of Directors of the American

Society of Interior Designers (ASID). He is also on the Board of Directors

of the Ragdale Foundation, a member of the Guild Board for the Boys

and Girls Clubs of Chicago, and he is active in the Leaders of Design

Council. With nearly 30 years of experience, his work has been

recognized with many awards and has been widely published in

magazines like Traditional Home, Luxe, California Living, Western Art & Architecture, Palm Beach, and Modern Luxury.



This event will be open to all Las Vegas Market attendees and will be something you will not want to miss!

In June we joined the Pasadena and Texas Chapters for a fun packed trip to Lightovation at Dallas Market. The whirlwind trip was filled with panel discussions, market tours, wining & dining and of course a massive dose of design inspiration! Thank you, ASID Texas, for your hospitality and thank you ASID Pasadena for allowing us to tag along.

2024 is shaping up to be a year of travel for our chapter. First, we did Pasadena followed by San Francisco, and now Dallas. Next we have Minneapolis with tours with Cambria, Plato Cabinets and the 2024 ASID Design House at the Pillsbury Mansion.

Stay tuned as we announce more opportunities to get together as a chapter and travel. On the calendar we have Las Vegas Market at the end of July and Gather Catalyst in Denver in August.

As a little tease we have a fabulous trip coming up this fall. Once the details are finalized, we will let everyone know. We promise this will be a trip you do not want to miss!

Gather: Catalyst 2024 is a new version of our national conference that highlights ASID-led innovation and idyllic change for the future of interior design. GATHER: Catalyst 2024 brings together ASID volunteer leaders and members in a three-day event exploring key strategic initiatives, leadership development, and inspirational learning.

Many of the main staples of GATHER, such as quality CEU programming, networking opportunities, and unique experiences, will still be part of the event, just on a more intimate scale.
