ASID AZN PRESIDENT-ELECT SHARES INSPIRATION AND INFORMATION FOR MEMBERS

Happy New Year! I hope everyone had a wonderful Holiday season, and New Year celebration filled with family, friends and cheer. Looking forward to all the potential that 2023 holds for the AZN Chapter, I want to take this opportunity and let our Members know some of the changes that we have recently implemented, and the exciting, new ideas we are currently working on.



INTRODUCING OUR NEW CHAPTER ADMINISTRATOR, CHRISTINA KOLOKOTRONI

We are excited to announce our new Chapter Administrator, Christina Kolokotroni. She has been a wonderful additional to our team, and we are fortunate to have her as she also works with other ASID Chapters. Christina brings a depth of knowledge and industry-specific skills to the roll. If she can help you in any way, please feel free to contact her.



JANUARY CHAPTER MEETING: THURS, JAN 19 HOW TO GET PUBLISHED IN THE MEDIA

Fit to Print: How to be seen and considered by design publications for project consideration in print and how to navigate the waters in a competitive media industry. Fit to Print is a snapshot into getting published, and being successful in gaining a media presence.



STUDENT CAREER DAY

Join us on February 24th for presentations, professional headshots, panel discussions, portfolio review and networking opportunities to help prepare for life after Design School.

Open to All Students. Must be Registered by February 17th to attend.



STUDENT SCHOLARSHIP HIGHLIGHTS

Our Scholarship Program will open on January 17th and we will be accepting applications through February 11, 2023. For 2023 we are awarding $3,000 in scholarships (3 scholarships of $1,000 each):

All participants MUST be an ASID Student Member and currently enrolled in an Arizona-based interior design academic program.
