Please make sure that YOU AND YOUR ATHLETE are in the Team GroupMe's assigned to your team. THIS WILL BE THE ONLY FORM OF COMMUNICATION THAT WE WILL BE USING AT THE COMPETITION. PLEASE AVOID USING ANY OTHER FORM OF COMMUNICATION TO YOUR COACHES. Coaches will update both GroupMe's immediately with any changes, etc.
Please have your athlete bring the following and do the following:
Uniform;
Cheer shoes;
White no show socks (we will ask them to remove their socks if they are not white)
Bow
Do not allow your athlete to wear under their uniform a colored sports bra - we will ask them to remove that upon arrival if we see it;
Athletes need to keep their uniform covered while in the venue unless they are in the warm up room, or performing. Please have them wear a jacket/sweatshirt over their uniform, until they get to their assigned check in room. Please note that this is a USASF sanctioned event which requires all athletes in a crop top to be covered at all times unless they are performing, or in the warm up room. Any athlete violating this rule could result in a full program penalty on all team scoresheets.
*Please do not allow your athlete to deviate from our hair and makeup requirements. We will ask them to remove and/or redo upon their arrival should they not be uniform.
*Please note that athletes are not permitted to wear anything other than Connect Cheer gear.
