Mini Fly-In Pays Dividends with Legislative Visits

This month, a group of ATEC representatives visited Washington DC to "check in" with congressional representatives and push the Promoting Aviation Regulations for Technical Training (PARTT) 147 Act (S.3043/H.R.5427).
The group met with 18 congressional offices in one day, focusing on members of the aviation subcommittees. The visits came in the wake of a Feb. 11 House hearing on workforce development, a venue representatives used to highlight the need for modernized aviation training.
Thank you to those ATEC members that volunteered their time to participate in the event.
