ATEC News: March 2020
ATEC Conference: A Go in September
ATEC notified members earlier this month of the postponement of its Annual Conference. The new fall dates have been confirmed, the annual event will now take place September 13-16 in Fort Worth.

The move means cancellation of the Washington Fly-In, previously scheduled for that same week. While the Fly-In cancellation is disappointing it doesn’t mean you can’t use ATEC’s resources to continue to communicate our needs to congressional leaders. This has become even more important as Coronavirus relief measures make their way across Capitol Hill.

All those registered for the conference as of March 9 remain on the registration list . For those that are not able to attend the fall event, contact Tarra Ruttman at  [email protected] to cancel and arrange a full refund or credit to your organization’s account to apply to future event registration. Answers to other commonly-asked questions are available here .

ATEC is working on the new hotel block and will let the community know when the reservation link is available. If you did not receive a cancellation notice from the hotel contact the Marriott here . While we don’t anticipate any changes to the agenda, any modification required as we coordinate re-bookings with conference vendors and partners will be reflected on the online agenda as they are available.

Separately , the 2021 event will proceed as scheduled. We are grateful to United Airlines and its Flight Training Center for hosting next year's Annual Conference in Denver. Mark your calendar for March 28-31, 2021!
