ARTICLE 2.18 SICK LEAVE

B. One (1) working day sick leave with pay shall accrue for each month of service from the date of appointment up to and including December 31st of that year, and fifteen (15) days sick leave with pay for each calendar year thereafter, accrued on the basis of one and one quarter (1 1?4) working days per month. If any permanent employee requires non or a portion only of such allowable sick leave for any calendar year, the amount of such leave not take shall accumulate to their credit from year to year, and they shall be entitled to such accumulated sick leave with pay, if and when needed.
