ATS Research Webinar on

Executive Leaders, Part 1

Monday, March 24 | 1–2 p.m. ET

Designed for those in executive and cabinet leadership positions at ATS member schools and school board members, this webinar will share findings from the ATS Leadership Study on Executive Leaders in Theological Education, including pathways and preparation for the role, the changing nature of the work, and key challenges and stressors for CEOs. Participants’ perspectives about how ATS can help and ATS future programming to support executive officers will also be shared.


Other discussion points will include:

  • What are significant shifts in the roles and what keeps these leaders awake at night?
  • How many are satisfied with their posts and what predicts them looking for another job?
  • What contributing factors have led to the unprecedented number of executive leader transitions in recent years?
