Here are a few FAQ's:

ADVANTAGES OF PARTICIPATING IN THE BUSINESS EXPO

  • Face2Face Networking at its best!
  • Generate leads.
  • Develop new interest, do market research (ex. surveys).
  • Introduce new products.
  • Attract new employees.
  • Opportunity to show new image.
  • Media opportunities.
  • Visibility in the Community.

 


  • Doors will be open for set up on Wednesday, March 6th, from 10am until 4:30pm, and Thursday, March 7th starting at 9am. Booths need to be completed by 3pm for judging. Finger foods will be provided to vendors only from 3pm until 4pm. Doors will be open to the public 4:30pm – 7:30pm.


  • The Chamber will provide an 8ft. table, black table cloth, an 11x14 booth sign and TWO tickets for entry. If you plan to have more than two people at your booth, please purchase tickets for the extra here - BUY TICKETS


  • Don't forget your 1-2 Door prizes!! REMEMBER – EACH BOOTH REGISTERS THEIR OWN DOOR PRIZES AND ANNOUNCES WINNERS WITH THE CHAMBER THROUGHOUT THE NIGHT!!! Bring a bowl for registration, registration tickets/form and plenty of pens.



  • Participate in the theme! “Your Future is BRIGHT” 


  • After set up, please park in the farthest point of the parking lot to leave prime parking for customers!! Thank you!! 


  • Plan your staffing of the booth. Have at least one person in your booth at all times. Make sure your staff has accurate information about your company. Put the name of your company in a visible spot, so everyone can see.


  • Wear your Name Tags that your business provides. If you do not have your own, please let us know in advance so we can make them for you!


  • Invite people in! We plan to have around 250 people attend this event, so make sure to engage with them as they come by your booth. 64% of literature gets tossed away unread. Exhibitors love to take something home with them they can use! (ex. - magnets, flashlights, pens, notepads, mugs, etc.)


  • Be sure to designate a “clean up” team at the end of the Expo! ALL vendor booths must be completely taken down at the end of the event.


  • Don't forget to HAVE FUN!!! Take selfies, post on FB, Instagram, etc. Make a big deal over the door prize winner! (Send a photo to the chamber please!!)

 

  • Follow Up. Send thank you notes to the visitors for stopping by. Being persistent can generate three times more business if you consistently follow up on leads.


  • Food Trucks - Vendor Reception will begin at 3pm. Please be set up and ready to provide food by 2:30pm.
