The links below provide you with the "Requirements for Membership" in the Circle of Excellence of the Middle Georgia Association of REALTORS as well as a copy of the application and reporting forms. These requirements are to be followed in determining qualifications for membership for the calendar year beginning January 1, 2025, and ending December 31, 2025.
MINIMUM QUALIFYING AMOUNT IS 2 MILLION DOLLARS & THERE ARE NO CALCULATION CHANGES.
The fee of $125.00 (application fee and membership dues if not already paid) must accompany each application. The check should be made out to the Middle Georgia Association of REALTORS. The DEADLINE for submitting applications is Monday, January 26, 2026, 5:00 P.M.!! ABSOLUTELY NO APPLICATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER THAT DATE! THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS!
Please mail or bring all applications to the Middle Georgia Association of REALTORS® office, 3263 Vineville Avenue, Macon, Georgia 31204. Please remember all qualifying Circle of Excellence members will receive a complimentary ticket to the Annual Awards
Luncheon to be held in March.
