VCOM Auburn invites all Auburn University faculty interested in
neuroscience research
to mingle and engage with their colleagues within the Auburn University and VCOM community.
Expected attendees will be Auburn University faculty participating in the Auburn University Center for Neuroscience (CNS) Initiative, VCOM Biomedical faculty, Clinical faculty and associated Physicians, and all others interested in learning about the exciting neuroscience research within the AU/VCOM community.
Research updates will be presented by Dr. Vishnu Suppiramaniam, concerning the “Presidential Award for Interdisciplinary Research (PAIR) titled, ‘Establishment of a Center for Neuroscience (CNS)” and by Dr. Amal Kaddoumi for her “Presidential Award for Interdisciplinary Research (PAIR) titled, ‘Extra-virgin Olive Oil Prevents Conversion of Mild Cognitive Impairment to Alzheimer’s Disease”.
Light snacks and refreshments will be provided.
