Our final Book Club for Summer 2024 will be processed on Wednesday, August 21st.
Which means it's time to check in with your Book Club families! Hype up the excitement over the final shipment coming soon, ask them to send you any photos or videos they take of their kids opening their Book Club box, and gently remind them of the payment date.
If needed, they can update their payment details within their Customer Portal between now and when payments are processed on the 21st.
Don't forget that you can use your Virtual Office to check the status of your Subscriptions to verify customer payments.
Consultants/Customers will receive an email about their payment success or failure on August 21st, and Home Office will follow up with Consultants about any failed payments.
