Julia Carnevale, MD was named Co-Director for the PICI Center at UCSF and will partner with PICI Center Director Kole Roybal, PhD.

The HDFCCC Office of DEIA is hiring a DEIA Programming Assistant! This position runs from Sept 2024 to June 2025 and is open to full-time students enrolled in a graduate degree program at UCSF. The position is 10-12 hours a week at an hourly rate of $30. Learn more and apply.

The HDFCCC Office of Community Engagement (OCE) recently attended Safe Kids & Family Day in Oakland. The event featured community resource organizations promoting health and safety for families with children. The team focused on cancer awareness, education, and prevention by speaking to families about healthy eating, physical activity, family history, and cancer screening.
