This add-on feature is available for PRO, PRO PLUS and CONNECT with Teams licenses on the 4.0 platform. Time & Materials Labor Rate Increase
Like many businesses, inflationary pressures have increased operating costs for Clarktel. We have delayed any decision to enact a price increase for several months while carefully monitoring our operations. Now we're announcing the smallest possible increase of Time & Materials labor rates needed to maintain our quality of service.
On September 1st, 2022, hourly labor charges for Time & Materials services were increased to a rate of $150.00 per hour.
For Clients With Existing Support Agreements: Clients with existing support agreements will continue to be billed at their current contracted labor rates until the end of their current term.
We appreciate your business as we go through this period of change.
