When was the last time you checked to see if your immune system is up to date? This August, National Immunization Awareness Month raises awareness and encourages everyone to make sure they are current on the necessary vaccinations for potentially harmful diseases. Many diseases can be easily prevented by administering vaccines, and thus, protecting you from unseen viruses. Take the necessary precautions with a simple call to your doctor, and avoid potential harm while leading a healthy, happy life.

Join us on Thursday, September 18th for "Wellness Day" with the Chester Board of Health. The topic will be "The Benefits of Vaccines for Seniors" - More information will follow on future emails.

So many SRC members have life cycle events that they would like to share with their SRC friends. The newly formed Sunshine Club is intended to be a source of cheer and happiness among our SRC family.

If you have a special birthday (75, 80, 85, 90) coming up during 2024, please let us know - we would all like to celebrate it with you. If you have a new grandchild or great-grandchild that was just born please let us know! If any of your grandchildren are graduating from high school or college - let us know what their future plans are. You can let Dee Yurkovic or Lisa, the Program Director know during exercise classes.

Reminder: On 50% off days, everything in the store priced over $1 is half off. On Dollar days, all clothes without a price tag are $1 each. Priced clothes will be 1/2 off.
