Hello from Aspen!
Wow, what a summer-perfect weather for hiking, biking, golf, rafting, tennis, and buying a home! We are so fortunate to have our wonderful JAS Aspen School plus Café, and Theatre Aspen with its Cabaret of great female singers from Broadway. What a great time to enjoy our families and friends for all nature has to offer!
The restaurants did a splendid job with the help of our City for hugely expanded outdoor dining into the sidewalk and even streets. Town looks and feels great with beautiful summer flowers everywhere.

Our real estate market is truly unexpectedly on fire (figuratively!) Properties that were “overpriced” on the market for more than a year suddenly had more than one offer. So, brokers started putting new listings on the market the past few weeks at $3,000-$4,000 per square foot in the already highest priced areas: Red Mountain, Core of Aspen, West End, and very close East End. And, many are quickly under contract. Crazily, you can still go west past the round about and still find great houses for $1,500/sq. foot!
