The Pilates Center

The Summer Mat Class series comes to an end this Saturday, July 28th.   However, we will be holding workshops throughout August  and then beginning our 8 Week Fall Series on Sept. 4th!

Since many are taking vacations and getting away before school starts, the workshop schedule allows you flexibility to come when you are in town!   Space is first come, first served for the 6:30pm workshops.  All workshops are pay as you go and may not be used as make-ups. 
The Springs and Stretch classes @ 7:30pm require advance registration as they are limited to just 6 participants.   

I hope you will join us to stay stretched and strong for these last weeks of Summer!

6:30pm classes-  $20ea. (First come, first served...)

7:30pm Springs- $30ea. (limited to 6, advance reservations required)


MORE workshops may be added. An email will be sent if any changes are made to the schedule.
