FCM updates heading into Federal Election 2019
As we get closer to October 21, AUMA is sharing information from the Federation of Canadian Municipalities (FCM) outlining their platform planks and key messages members can use to advocate for priorities.

When a request is made to a municipality under the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (the “Act”) for records which are not personal information, the Act permits a municipality to require the requesting party to pay fees for the service provided in complying with the request (section 93(1) of the Act).
