Peer to Peer (P2P)

How are YOU? How is your TEAM?
For many of us, it's going on 16 weeks of working remotely, endless ZOOM meetings, and hopefully a number of virtual happy hours.
Many communities have sustained successful engagement converging through virtual
game nights, panel discussions with leading park tenants, networking/speed dating, wine tastings, cook-offs, art shows,
and today's favorite is
'virtual recess'
on the
advantages of meditation
with focus on brain and body (this is something I definitely need, to keep my cool plus remain focused, positive, inspired).
It's now three months into a time the world will not soon forget. This IS the new normal.
WE are the
CHANGEMAKERS! We've pivoted.
WE'RE THRIVING.
What are you doing in your park/district and community to encourage engagement, inspiration and innovation?
Because, we're better together!

Only 10 questions, that's brief!
H
elp us understand the current trends at your research institution by answering our
brief survey.
Results will be shared on the AURP member portal. A few sample questions include:
- What % of your normal research building/park population is no longer coming to work on-site?
- What % of your normal research building/park activities or events have been cancelled?
- What digital/virtual activation programs and services have you provided to your tenants as they work remotely?
- What digital tools have you found most effective in building your community remotely?
- How do you feel about the following statement: "With the future of work reshaped, I will increasingly need to differentiate my building/park's value proposition from alternatives and provide tenants a reason to be on-site."?
