Annual Registration

Each year, all PUSD families must re-register each student in order to continue attendance in our PUSD schools. Please note, for students currently out of the country, your ParentVue account is only accessible when you are within the US.

Need In Person Assistance? Our parent liaisons are available for in-person assistance for Online Registration and New Student Enrollment on August 4th, 5th and 6th. Get details here for in person assistance!

Step 1: Register on your school’s FutureFund site at pusd.future fund.com.

Step 2: Register in ParentVUE. You will log into your ParentVue account and choose the 26-27 Annual Online Registration option.

If you have a returning student and have never activated your ParentVue account, (the parent portal of Synergy) you should have received an activation key in your email on June 23, 2026 from Synergy Mail <no_reply@pleasantonusd.net>. If you do not find the email, please look in your spam folder. If you still cannot find the email, submit a technology ticket.

You will need to complete the Annual Online Registration process in order to view your student’s schedule or teacher assignment. Schedules will be made available in ParentVue closer to the first day of school.

We request you complete the Annual Online Registration process prior to August 1, 2026.

ParentVUE & StudentVUE Mobile App Update

Families and students who use the ParentVUE or StudentVUE mobile apps should download the new versions as soon as possible. The current apps will be retired in August and will no longer function after that time.

In your device's app store, search for and download "ParentVUE (New)" and "StudentVUE (New)." Your existing login information will remain the same. If you already have logged into ParentVUE in the past, when prompted, click "Already Activated" or "No" and login using your existing username and password. If you have never logged into ParentVUE and have access to your activation key, click "Yes" and follow the prompts.

Downloading the new app(s) will ensure uninterrupted access to grades, attendance, schedules, and school communications.
