CMH Welcomes New Urgent Care Medical Director
CMH is pleased to welcome Dr. Kathleen Myers as the new CMH Urgent Care medical director.
Dr. Myers most recently worked as chief medical officer at Robin Healthcare in Berkeley, California. She also worked as a medical director for Seasons Living in Lake Oswego, Oregon.

Two Community Grants Programs Open
The application window for the City of Astoria
24/25 Community Organization Grant Program and Arts and Cultural Program is now open.
The City will make available an amount not to exceed $ 100,000 for each program. The community program is for funding of well established, not for profit social service organizations. The intent of available funding is to provide a grant opportunity to organizations within the City of Astoria community who provide essential services to residents of Astoria. The intent of the arts program is to provide funding to art and cultural events that will increase tourism in the City.

Local Realtor Leads National Council
Kerri Hartnett was installed as 2024 President of the National Women’s Council of REALTORS® during the National Conference, held in conjunction with the NAR NXT Conference & Expo in Anaheim, CA. Hartnett was National Women’s Council of REALTORS® 2023 President-elect, 2022 First Vice President, and 2021 Treasurer. Hartnett has over 19 years of personal real estate experience and has been a consistent top-producing REALTOR® since 2004. Hartnett is a Principal Broker and owner at Hartnett Homes Group, Brokered by Premiere Property Group, LLC in Oregon, where she serves her communities between Astoria and Portland.

Cultural Coalition Distributes $11,500 in Grant Awards
The Clatsop County Cultural Coalition awarded $11,500 to local organizations for projects, programs and events centered on the arts, heritage, and humanities. The grant awards distributed during the ceremony are funded by the Oregon Cultural Trust. They will go to support projects, programs, events, and capital improvements scheduled to take place during 2024.
