AWC Holiday Celebration

Thursday, November 30 | 5:30 - 10:00 PM | A'BULAE - St. Paul

We are looking forward to seeing you all this Thursday, November 30 from 5:30 - 10:00 PM for our Holiday Event!

Doors will open at 5:30 PM. Pick up your name badge and drink ticket upon arrival. Enjoy an hour of networking, bid on silent auction items, and at 6:30 PM take a seat with new friends for your plated meal.

After dinner, place your last bids on the auction, play a little Heads & Tails and socialize the rest of the night!

HOSTED PARKING

Parking will be hosted at the A'BULAE ramp only:

255 E 6th St

Saint Paul, MN 55101

There will be a parking attendant on site to assist you out of the lot at the end of the night.

Please note THERE IS LIMITED SPACE AVAILABLE in this parking garage. We recommend carpooling if it is an option if you plan to park in the 6th Street ramp that is connected to A'BULAE.

BUILDING ENTRY

From the A'BULAE Ramp, you will take the elevator to the 6th floor and enter through the doors. There will A'BULAE signs posted as well.

RAMP WARNING

We strongly recommend that you DO NOT bring trucks or large SUVs into the hosted parking garage on 6th Street. Clearance is very low (6' 5") and the turns are very sharp.

For alternative parking, there is a small open lot across the street from A'BULAE:

390 Wall St

Saint Paul, MN 55101

However, please note that there is an event going on at CHS Field that night beginning at 5:00 PM.

Your first drink of the night is hosted by our sponsors. You will receive 1 drink ticket upon arrival.

It then becomes a cash bar. A'BULAE accepts cash, card and Apple Pay.

There is NO ATM on site.

Please remember cash to tip your bartenders.

ATTIRE

This is a business casual/holiday attire event.

HEADS & TAILS

Never played Head & Tails? The object of the game is to be the last person standing.

You tell us if the coin is going to show heads or tails. If you're right, you get to stay and play. If you're wrong, you lose a set of beads. When you run out of beads, you're out of the game.

Winner will receive a $300 gift card!

We will be selling beads for $5 each, and will play following dinner. Cash or card accepted for beads.

SILENT AUCTION

Silent auction will open at 5:30 PM and there will be an announcement when bidding is about to close. Auction sneak peeks:

We are still seeking donations! Just bring your silent auction donation to the registration table when you arrive and let us know the value.

What a great way to support AWC and stay warm this winter! If you've been to an AWC event recently, you know we are excited to have AWC/Love Your Melon Pom Beanies for sale. These will be available at Holiday as well $30/each (cash or card).
