Introducing Opportunity Grants! Opportunity Grants provide funding support to Arizona artists, teaching artists, and arts administrators as they take advantage of specific, unique opportunities that have the potential to significantly impact their professional growth. These grants support and empower arts sector workers at critical stages in their creative lives as they work to advance their career and continue to innovate in their work.

With three unique application tracks, the Opportunity Grant is designed to meet the unique professional development needs and goals of artists, teaching artists, and arts administrators.

Emergency Grants
Foundation for Contemporary Arts
Emergency Grants provide urgent funding for visual and performing artists who have sudden, unanticipated opportunities to present their work to the public when there is insufficient time to seek other sources of funding or who incur unexpected or unbudgeted expenses for projects close to completion with committed exhibition or performance dates.

Community Investment Grants (CIG) provide unrestricted general operating support to nonprofit arts organizations of all sizes, local arts agencies, and tribal cultural organizations whose primary mission is to produce, present, teach, or serve the arts.

Festival Grants support organizations in their efforts to provide quality arts programming through festival activities and are awarded to assist with the costs of connecting artists (or their artistic work) with communities.
