Aaron Needed Help at School
Five-year-old Aaron loved school, but due to neglect he was behind academically, socially and emotionally. Together, his CASA volunteer, teachers, therapists, foster parents and others came together to try to get Aaron the support he needed to thrive in the classroom.

Back to School Means Back to Educational Advocacy
Educational advocacy can mean a lot of different things for the children served by Dallas CASA. One child might need reading support while another would benefit from classroom accommodations, but where do you start?

Dallas' Plot Twist Lends Support to Dallas CASA Mission Statement
When Dallas CASA looked to update it’s messaging, reaching out to longtime board member Dave Kroencke and his Plot Twist Creativity team made total sense. “Dave’s long history as a Dallas CASA board member provided the perfect background to contribute to a new messaging campaign. We are so grateful to Dave and his Plot Twist Creativity team who generated and provided expert input and feedback for options for Dallas CASA’s messaging campaign.”

The new mission message: Protecting Children | Restoring Childhood says it all. Protecting children from revictimization is key. Dallas CASA volunteers also make that caring connection to be sure children are not limited or defined by their time in foster care.
Champion of Children Brings Cory Morrow for a Dinner and Concert
Champion of Children will return to The Rustic on October 27 with an outdoor dinner and concert featuring Texas country musician Cory Morrow. All proceeds from the event support children living in the protective care of the state.
