Welcome Olga!

mind.art.core Pilates Performance  is happy to welcome our newest instructor, Olga Vavrenyuk.  A native of Ukraine, Olga has extensive
 gymnastics training and won numerous awards and accolades in her childhood (including Ukranian National Champion). Having also trained at
the Olympic National Reserve,  Olga is now joining us at mind.art.core.  after many years of touring with and performing with the Cirque Du Soleil! ( Maybe she'll show us some tricks!!!)

While living her life as a performer, Olga fell in love with the art of Pilates and became a fully Certified Stott Pilates Instructor and Total Barre Instructor. We are so happy to have her!

Pre-Natal Pilates is Back

Minimize discomfort and increase strength during pregnancy with Pre-natal Pilates! Our focus at mind.art.core is to provide a safe environment for expectant mothers while still challenging the body to create strength and maintain stability. Utilizing the Stability Ball, Flex-band and small weights, we will guide you through an energizing, challenging, fun pre-natal workout!

Six weeks: April 19-May 24 
@ $120 or $25 for a drop in class. 
*make ups can be made in a PUMP, FLEX or TOTAL BARRE class with permission from the instructor.

I moved to the Lincoln Square neighborhood and was looking for a place to learn Pilates and get in shape.  After the first class I knew mind.art.core was for me because of the laid back atmosphere and fun group classes!
