If you need a scholarship for group travel, hotel, and meals during the event, please complete the questions on this Eventbrite registration application. Annual meeting scholarships are made possible for our membership by the support of our generous sponsors and supporters of this work.
Scholarships are awarded based on funding and need in the following areas:

Group Travel (on a bus or in a van with multiple people) with Fees Reduced or Waived.
- Event Food Costs- Reduced or Waived
- Hotel Accommodations- Reduced or Waived. Hotel scholarships are available for those who wish to share a hotel.
Scholarships requests will typically be responded to within 2 weeks of completing the Eventbrite registration.
Please register as early as possible. All members will be notified by August 10th at the latest. The events team will make every effort to accommodate your rooming and scholarship and rooming requests.
*Travelers are responsible for covering any incidentals they incur during the Federation event such as parking, food ordered during the hotel stay, etc.
**Hotel scholarship recipients share a room with another person to ensure as many Black farmers, landowners, and cooperatives in an effort to accommodate as many people as possible for each networking and technical assistance.
*Please be sure to secure an individual ticket for each member of your party (including children)
