Meet our Preacher for this Sunday!
The Rev. Charles Graves IV will be our guest preacher on this day as we celebrate the lives and legacies of two trailblazing saints of God, Absalom Jones and Barbara Harris. Rev. Graves serves as the Missioner for Houston Canterbury, Houston Canterbury stands apart from traditional Episcopal Student Centers, operating as a dynamic network of missional communities both on-campus (at UH, TSU, and UHD) and off-campus. Houston Canterbury's community-based approach positions us as a valuable ally for families, parishes, and community organizations seeking to support students on their educational journeys, particularly those who are first-generation college students.

We will head out from St. James’ at two times: 11:00am and at 3:30pm, for about two hours each time. If you would like to volunteer for this ministry, please contact jim@stjamesaustin.org.
