| Leading With a Global Perspective | |
Dear AL Community,
At Académie Lafayette, global education is foundational to who we are. We are proud to see our Superintendent, Elimane Mbengue, featured in CharterFolk discussing the importance of “educating with the world in mind.”
In the article, M. Mbengue highlights AL’s commitment to language immersion, high expectations for all students, and preparing young people to thrive in an interconnected world. Through multilingual learning, cultural understanding, and rigorous academics, AL students develop the curiosity, confidence, empathy, and critical thinking skills needed for the future.
From bilingual education to future-ready learning, the conversation reflects the mission and mindset that shape the Académie Lafayette experience every day.
