Transition and Onboarding Services
A leadership change represents a critical time for tending to the needs and priorities of boards, senior leadership teams, and other campus constituencies, and a smooth transition and onboarding requires planning. We work with our institutional partners in the creation and execution of a custom-made, well-structured transition and onboarding plan that will quickly acclimate a new leader to key stakeholders and the campus and broader communities and is tailored to the specific needs and contexts of the institution and the new leader. Our goal is to create a unique transitional period that helps institutional and organizational leaders to effectively hand off the baton from one leader to the next, to support a gracious and celebratory exit of the outgoing leader, and to prepare the campus community for the entrance and long-term success of a new leader. To learn more about our Transition & Onboarding services, please contact Vice President and Senior Consultant Maya Ranchod Kirkhope.
