DID YOU KNOW?

When you and your reviewers adjudicate a submission, those ratings are automatically logged in your submitted ratings table! This table is a centralized location where you can keep a pulse on your reviewers' progress as well as organize and export your adjudication results. To access the table, navigate to the Submissions menu and select Submitted Ratings!

Join us on Thursday, February 5th at 3:00pm ET

for a guided tutorial on how to use the Submitted Ratings table.

Additionally, here are some frequently asked questions:

Where are my custom rating scales?

While the default table view has columns that are useful to many Acceptd organizations, you'll need to manually add columns that reflect your specific process - such as custom rating scales. Once you have a setup that aligns with your process, we strongly encourage you to save it as a view so you can easily revisit the view later.

Help! Why are there so many rows?

This table works differently from the submissions table in that each applicant will have one row for each user that has access to that submission, so they will often end up having multiple rows! We recommend using using the Reviewer column to filter down to only the reviewers applicable to each submission. This will clear out any empty rows of data and narrow down the table to only the data that is applicable for each submission.

What is the difference between Review Stage and Submission Stage?

The stage columns are powerful columns that can help you sort & filter your adjudication, and they each work in different ways. Review Stage reflects the stage where the review was left and Submission Stage reflects the stage the applicant is currently in. If you want to only see applicants who advanced to the final audition and only see reviews left for the final audition, you'd use a combination of both columns to sort and filter down to that information!
