County Services Block Party in Richmond - August 15
Access County services at one-stop event

Voter registration, Medi-Cal, Veteran's Services, Marriage Licenses, Employment Opportunities and more! 

It can be a hassle to go to County offices to get services, especially as many of them aren't in West County. 

A unique Summer Block Party event, sponsored by Contra Costa County and the City of Richmond, makes this much easier, providing one-stop access to many services, from the City and the County. 

The Richmond event is Thursday, August 15, 5PM to 7:30 PM at Civic Center Plaza. Similar events are held in other parts of the county on a rotating basis. 

County services offered include: 
  • Applications for Medi-Cal, CalFresh, Veterans' benefits
  • Library cards
  • Energy efficiency rebates
  • Voter registration
  • Animal licenses 
  • Marriage licenses
  • Employment opportunities 
  • Information on Contra Costa Health Plan
  • Public Defenders Office
  • And more!  

City of Richmond departments participating include:
