Access Framingham studios will be open to the public by appointment only starting Monday, June 7th. Please read our guidelines below before scheduling an appointment to visit our studios.

Studio Policies:

  • Masks: Mask will be required by all members and visitors while in the facility. Any guest without a mask will be provided a mask by AFTV staff before entering the facility. AFTV has the right to deny access to the facility to protect staff, members, and other visitors. AFTV requires that masks be worn to cover both the nose and mouth.
  • In-Person Health Checks: All visitors will have their temperature taken using a touchless thermometer when entering the facility. Contact tracing information will be documented before entering the facility. We will ask for your email address, phone number, the reason for the visit, recent travel outside the country, and any COVID-19 exposure.
  • Studio and Editing Suite Use: Studio and Editing Suite usage will be by appointment only. Please call or email us to schedule your appointment. Members can schedule no more than three sessions per week until availability and traffic flow are determined.
  • Equipment Checkout: Field equipment will continue to be provided to members in good standing through a reservation request based on availability. Reservations should be made at least one week in advance. This service will also be by appointment, so please call or email before coming to the studio. AFTV requests that all members clean equipment before returning the equipment with ONLY approved cleansing wipes for electronic equipment.
  • Restricted areas: Due to the reopening cautions and concerns, the Kitchen/Break Room will be for staff only. Members and visitors should also only use the bathroom located near the front entrance. Bathrooms will be equipped with proper cleaning supplies.

Saturday: 10:00AM-2:00PM

Member Event Coverage Needed:
Progress Pride Ceremony at the Memorial Building Plaza
Access Framingham is looking for a member volunteer to cover the Progress Pride Ceremony on Sunday, June 13th from 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM. Click the button below to email Frank if you can cover this event.

Event Information:
The City will host a Progress Pride ceremony on the plaza in front of the Memorial Building. At the ceremony, the City will lower the traditional Pride flag and raise the new Progress Pride flag in solidarity of inclusivity and with broader representation for the first time. As well, the City will share Progress Peace flags, t-shirts, and other swag. Following remarks from City and School officials, a representative from Framingham's religious community, and students, a year-long Progress Pride community project will be announced.
