New Year, New Board Members!
Meet our new Board President, Audrey Hall!
The Board of Directors of Framingham Public Access Corporation (FPAC) has elected Audrey Hall as President. She was a founding Director appointed by the Board of Selectmen in 2006. She is the Producer and Host of The Audrey Hall Show, a talk show that provides viewers with a deeper understanding of complex topics. The show airs on AFTV via Comcast, RCN and Verizon, and is available on YouTube. 

Audrey is an award winning Communications Consultant specializing in branding and the development of strategic messaging designed to deliver targeted outcomes. 

Her communications expertise began to grow while she was pursuing her BA in Mass Communications from the State University of New York College at Buffalo. She graduated with three media internships under her belt and started her career in the advertising agency business in NYC, and as a radio news reporter, and TV news journalist. She led trailblazing B2C initiatives as she rose into Executive management roles in product marketing, advertising, public relations and business operations in broadcasting and the cable television industry. As the Regional General Manager for Cablevision Systems Corp. of MA her team deployed broadband technology in 31 MA communities. 

Audrey became active in policy and legislation as a parent who organized and led community efforts to advocate for education locally and statewide. She developed a proposal which led to full day Kindergarten in Framingham and successfully advocated for fair and equitable education funding. As a three term President of the Town wide PTO she also re-established candidates’ forums to bring positions on education to the forefront. Audrey was elected to Town Meeting and served for 19 years, 12 as Chair of the Way and Means Committee which analyzed all financial articles and made recommendations to the full legislative body. 

In 2018 Audrey was appointed to the Massachusetts Commission on the Status of Women by the President of the MA Senate. She is the Chairwoman of the Budget and Personnel Committee and the COVID-19 Action Committee, and she is a member of and a former Vice-Chair of the Legislative Committee. She is also a Mayoral appointee to the Framingham Council on Aging serving as the Clerk. 

Audrey is a 2019 recipient of Framingham State University’s Women Making History Award. She is proud to be a fierce advocate for equality and justice.

Christopher Teague, Esq. - Director

Chris has worked in the legal community for over 20 years as a practicing attorney and law school administrator. Currently, he works at Boston College Law School overseeing JD career advising and judicial clerkships. He has held leadership roles in multiple professional organizations, both regional and national, and he has served on multiple non-profit boards, including 8 years as President of the Board of an award-winning theater company. Earlier in his career, Chris practiced criminal law, both as an Assistant District Attorney in Boston and as a defense attorney. He is a graduate of Connecticut College and Northeastern University School of Law.
Jonna Rubin - Clerk

Jonna Rubin has been a resident of Framingham for more than a decade. A longtime communications professional, she has worked for and around local and national media for more than 20 years. A mom of three young children in Framingham public schools, she also maintains a small business helping clients build effective communications strategies. A graduate of Syracuse University's S.I. Newhouse School of Communications, she is passionate about local news, politics, and ethical journalism.
Pam Richardson - Director

Pam Richardson is a lifelong resident of the area, growing up and living in Sudbury until 1993 when she purchased her first home in Framingham.  Pam was elected as a Town Meeting member in 2001 and to the School Committee in 2003. She proudly represented Framingham as a member of the House of Representatives from 2006-2010 and was appointed Chair of the Mass Bay Community College Board of Trustees in 2011. Recently she served as a member of Framingham’s first city council representing District 2. She is a graduate of Lincoln-Sudbury Regional High School, Mt. Ida College, Framingham State University and Northeastern University School of Law having completed a Masters in Legal Studies.  Pam currently works as a senior contracts manager in the corporate legal department of a company focused on gene therapy located in Cambridge, MA.
Access Framingham Helps Restaurants Stir Up Business
AFTV has announced a new service to help local restaurants during this challenging time by offering free TV listings to help promote their businesses.

Framingham restaurants are invited to display information on AFTV which will include each restaurant’s contact information, delivery and takeout availability, and indoor and outdoor dining options. The restaurant listings will air on AFTV which can be seen on RCN channels 3 and 1100, Comcast Channel 9 and Verizon Channel 43, and streaming live on our website.

REMINDER:
Studio-A Now Available for Production
With Strict Guidelines and By Appointment Only!
Access Framingham's Studio A is available by appointment only to Member Producers for production under strict and limited guidelines. If there is any deviation from the guidelines, all access to the facilities will cease immediately to ensure the safety of staff, members, and guests. State Mandatory Safety Standards are being followed to protect individuals visiting the facility.

Studio Guidelines for Member Producers and Their Guest:

  • Email Shavarsh Morrissey, Studio Production Coordinator, at smorrissey@accessfram.tv to book and schedule the studio production date and time details.

  • Once the date is set for the studio production, the Member Producer is required to send all production information through email at least 48-hours prior to the record date.
  • Production information includes lower-third details, any pictures or videos, graphics, the list of credits, and teleprompter copy.
  • If production information isn’t delivered 48-hours prior to production, the Member Producer’s production risks being cancelled at the studio coordinator's discretion.
  • Flash drives will not be accepted on the day of the shoot due to contactless guidelines, time constraints and production limitations.

  • Member Producers are only allowed to book ONE (1) studio production at a time with ONE (1) Guest.

  • Member Producer and Guest must wait in their car until Shavarsh is ready to welcome them into the studio to setup their microphones.

  • All parties must wear their masks when entering and exiting AFTV. Masks can only be removed during the show recording.

  • Once the recording is complete, Member Producer and Guest must put on their mask and exit AFTV.

  • All make-up and wardrobe must be completed before entering AFTV.

  • Members and Guests will not have access to any other areas of the facility such as restrooms, kitchen/greenroom.

  • Shavarsh will upload the show recording to Dropbox, so the Member Producer can then download their footage for review and post-production.
