Another year, another successful FPAC Annual Meeting! Thank you to all who attended to learn about our accomplishments over the past year.
Mahmood Ahktar was awarded the 2019 Bill Rabkin Volunteer of the Year Award for his hard work and dedication to AFTV.
The FPAC Board of Directors said goodbye to former board members, David Eells and David Hornfischer (not pictured). Thank you for your time and dedication to Access Framingham!

Sian Cox
Sian Cox is a multi-faceted business professional with a background in entrepreneurial business startup, PR, fundraising, and the arts. A graduate of the Boston Conservatory, she performed extensively in New England as an accomplished actor, classical soloist, cabaret artist, and served two terms as President of the Boston Conservatory Board of Alumni.
Mahmood Akhtar
Mahmood Akhtar has been a resident of this City since 1975. He has a Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering from Northeastern University and is a Registered Professional Engineer. He worked in the Electric Power industry for 40 years in various management positions in Engineering and Operations of the Electric Power Grid in this region. He has served on the Human Relations Commission as Vice Chair and on the Finance Committee as Chair for the Town of Framingham. He currently serves on the Strategic Initiatives and Finance Oversight Committee for the City of Framingham.
Teri Banerjee
Currently on the board of Sudbury River Tennis Club and Personal Rep/Trustee for a client. Rotary Club: Current Secretary of the club and President of the Framingham Rotary Ed Fund Committee. Government of Framingham: I served as a Town Meeting Member for 33 years and was on several committees, including Education, Rules, Ways and Means. I served as Town Moderator for 5 years and as Charter Commissioner for 1 year. I am a graduate of the Leadership Academy Program (1994), was a member of the Computer Science Advisory Board - Framingham State College where I taught for about 15 years. I have had a successful business providing training, consulting and troubleshooting for residents and small businesses.

After running countless tests, Studio B is ready to use! Stay tuned for workshop and one on one classes to learn how to use this state of the art equipment. Studio B offers robotic cameras, automated voice switching, and more!
