Studio-A Now Available for Production
With Strict Guidelines and By Appointment Only!
Access Framingham is taking its first step to provide very limited access to the facilities by offering Studio A to Member Producers for production under strict and limited guidelines. If there is any deviation from the guidelines, all access to the facilities will cease immediately to ensure the safety of staff, members, and guests. State Mandatory Safety Standards are being followed to protect individuals visiting the facility.

Studio Guidelines for Member Producers and Their Guest:

  • Email Shavarsh Morrissey, Studio Production Coordinator, at smorrissey@accessfram.tv to book and schedule the studio production date and time details.

  • Once the date is set for the studio production, the Member Producer is required to send all production information through email at least 48-hours prior to the record date.
  • Production information includes lower-third details, any pictures or videos, graphics, the list of credits, and teleprompter copy.
  • If production information isn’t delivered 48-hours prior to production, the Member Producer’s production risks being cancelled at the studio coordinator's discretion.
  • Flash drives will not be accepted on the day of the shoot due to contactless guidelines, time constraints and production limitations.

  • Member Producers are only allowed to book ONE (1) studio production at a time with ONE (1) Guest.

  • Member Producer and Guest must wait in their car until Shavarsh is ready to welcome them into the studio to setup their microphones.

  • All parties must wear their masks when entering and exiting AFTV. Masks can only be removed during the show recording.

  • Once the recording is complete, Member Producer and Guest must put on their mask and exit AFTV.

  • All make-up and wardrobe must be completed before entering AFTV.

  • Members and Guests will not have access to any other areas of the facility such as restrooms, kitchen/greenroom.

  • Shavarsh will upload the show recording to Dropbox, so the Member Producer can then download their footage for review and post-production.
