Keynote speaker Lionel Laroche is Founder and Principal of MultiCultural Business Solutions. Over the past fifteen years, Lionel has provided cross-cultural training, coaching and consulting services to over 20,000 people through a wide range of business, government, academic, professional and non-profit organizations in fourteen countries. 

Lionel is a thought provoking and educational speaker / facilitator who has presented at over 200 conferences and venues across Canada and the United States. He is the author of two books examining the impact of cultural differences on business at the organizational and individual level.

Recognition award for champion employers in Francophone immigration

From October 30th to November 5th, 2016, the annual Francophone Immigration Week will be held across Canada. This week is an opportunity to celebrate the contribution of French-speaking immigrants to the vitality and dynamism of Francophone and Acadian minority communities. 

To celebrate this week in the Central-South-West of Ontario (CSW), the Réseau de soutien à l'immigration francophone (Francophone Immigration Network) has organized, with its partners, the '2016 Recognition Award for Champion Employer in Francophone Immigration', in order to recognize the contribution of employers in the hiring and retention of francophone / bilingual immigrants in the region.
