UNT Dallas College of Law ‘s Accessible Law Fall 2019 Issue, which focuses on probate & estate planning, went live on December 31, 2019. Tresi and Chris worked with Law Review students to film a short video discussing probate and issues to consider when there is an heir of beneficiary with special needs.
