Good morning,

With the end of the year coming up, the Finance department will start preparing tax forms and this includes W2s. With our transition from GreenShades to UKG, W2s will only be accessible electronically in UKG. 

All employees will need to “Electronically Consent”, within the UKG system, to receive their 2024 W2. Taking this step will allow all employees to have access, at any time, to all W2s that are prepared using UKG.

DART will not be printing and mailing 2024 W2s. To prepare for this, please use the step-by-step instructions below to consent to electronic forms and to access your 2024 W2s in January.

When W2s are complete and ready to be accessed, additional communication will be sent to all employees.

W2 Electronic Consent

The 2024 W2s will only be accessible electronically through UKG. Below are the steps that need to be taken to access.

• Log into UKG



• Go to the Hamburger menu

• Click on My Pay

• Click on Forms and then W2

• Once you access the W2 site, you will see this...

• Click on Electronic Consent

• Click the acknowledgement box, then click Save

• You will know that you are successful when you see the following message:
